Gold means luxury, isn’t it? The precious metal is often associated with royalty and wealth. However, this metal is not the most expensive substance in the world. Not even platinum. Try a new look at the most expensive materials by weight.
We are excited to post this video and show you all our progress on processing printed circuit boards (PCB's) for gold, copper and other metals with our hammer mill and shaker table. We have the ability to take whole boards, crush them, and run them on our shaker table. We are still in the experimental stage but we have high hopes to have a complete system ready to sell soon. I should clarify that we can't recover all the gold from the boards, but at the end of the video we do have free metallic gold in the gold pan. Our goal is to take whole boards and concentrate out the valuables (metals) from the non-values (fiberglass, plastic, etc). The free gold can easily be removed, melted, and sold directly to a gold buyer, leaving the concentrates, which are much more valuable that the bo...

This is the 4th video in a series on sampling and analysis of precious metals. The Fire Assay process is presented and explained. This well established process has been used for thousands of year in measuring the low concentration and high value materials for recycling and refining. Although more time consuming and elaborate than instrumental analysis, it is more reliable and accurate in most cases. ipmi.org

Smelting Silver Ore with the KK-6
Amazing Silver Mines in the World - History Documentary Silver mining is the source removal of silver by mining. Silver is discovered in native type quite seldom as nuggets, however much more normally combined with sulfur, arsenic, antimony, or chlorine and also in various ores such as argentite (Ag2S), chlorargyrite ("horn silver," AgCl), as well as galena (a lead ore usually containing substantial quantities of silver). As silver is typically found along with these or alloyed with various other metals such as gold, it generally needs to be additional removed out via combinations or electrolysis. Silver mining has been taken on given that very early times. As silver is a rare-earth element often used for coins, its mining has traditionally commonly been financially rewarding. As with v...
Compilation of Amazing journey from Mines to showcase of expensive minerals & precious metals such as: * Aluminum * Brass * Bronze * Ceramic * Chrome * Cobalt * Copper * Diamonds * Gold * Nickel * Palladium * Pewter * Platinum * Rhodium * Silver * Stainless steel * Titanium * Tungsten * Vermeil * White Gold * Zirconium These elements are way too expensive and process of their mining and purification is much more interesting than that. Most of them are popular jewellery and ornaments metals.
Diamond Mining - How are diamonds mined and formed? Documentary Film In mineralogy, diamond is a metastable allotrope of carbon, where the carbon atoms are organized in a variation of the face-centered cubic crystal structure called a diamond lattice. Ruby is less secure than graphite, yet the conversion rate from ruby to graphite is negligible at typical problems. Diamond is renowned as a material with outstanding physical high qualities, the majority of which stem from the strong covalent bonding between its atoms. Specifically, ruby has the highest solidity and thermal conductivity of any type of mass material. Those properties figure out the major industrial application of diamond in cutting and polishing tools and the scientific applications in diamond blades and ruby anvil cells. A...

Jeff writes a gold market newsletter for GoldSilver.com and his also writes articles for their blog https://goldsilver.com/blog/ Here's some of the questions and topics Jason asks Jeff about during this 30+ minute interview: 1) There was record physical gold withdrawals in November 2016 and February 2017 from the Shanghai Gold Exchange yet many mainstream gold organizations like the World Gold Council, GFMS, etc claim gold demand is weak. What's your take on demand for physical gold globally? 2) The gold to silver ratio is around 71. Do ...

Subscribe to our newsletter at http://www.goldmoney.com/goldresearch. This interview was shot 18 May 2012. Adam Fleming, Chairman of Wits Gold and Fleming Family & Partners, discusses the gold bull market with GoldMoney's James Turk. Topics include metal price action, the eurozone's debt crisis, and mining in South Africa. Both men think that we are the "in the foothills" of a long precious metals bull market, and that the gold price is in some ways cheaper than it was back when they spoke at GATA's Dawson City conference in 2005, owing to all the quantitative easing -- or more bluntly, money printing -- that central banks have engaged in since the financial crisis of 2008. Adam points out that gold bull markets usually result in a 1:1 Dow/Gold ratio, something that he expects to see happ...

The Red Metal - Copper Documentary Copper is a chemical element with symbol Cu (from Latin: cuprum) and atomic number 29. It is a ductile metal with very high thermal and electrical conductivity. Pure copper is soft and malleable; a freshly exposed surface has a reddish-orange color. It is used as a conductor of heat and electricity, a building material, and a constituent of various metal alloys. The metal and its alloys have been used for thousands of years. In the Roman era, copper was principally mined on Cyprus, hence the origin of the name of the metal as aes сyprium (metal of Cyprus), later corrupted to сuprum, from which the words copper (English), cuivre (French), and Kupfer (German) are all derived. A precious metal is a rare, naturally occurring metallic chemical element of high economic value. Chemically, the precious metals tend to be less reactive than most elements (see noble metal). They are usually ductile and have a high lustre. Historically, precious metals were important as currency but are now regarded mainly as investment and industrial commodities. Gold, silver, platinum, and palladium each have an ISO 4217 currency code. The best known precious metals are the coinage metals, which are gold and silver. Although both have industrial uses, they are better known for their uses in art, jewelry, fine jewelry and coinage. Other precious metals include the platinum group metals: ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, osmium, iridium, and platinum, of which platinum is the most widely tr...

Over-priced but under-sold
You'll soon be worth your weigh in precious metal
Roll the crimson carpet out
The jack of clubs has come and will not leave
Fate loved me but now does not
I heard it from a rare clairvoyant petal
First you thrash me then you run
You broke the heart I fastened to my sleeve
Oh you're killing me now
You're over the moon and I'm under the ground
Oh it's killing you too
That they fought over me
But poured scorn over you
Oh it's payment in kind
That you're half what I love and half what I despise
Oh you're killing me now, you're killing me
Out of time but into greed
Your pots will slowly turn to copper kettles
Sneak a breath then spit it out
Enjoy the pound of freshly scented truce
One obsession at a time;
Your grip is getting loose around the nettles
Time to flee, and fly you will
A felon with a melancholy muse
